Not technically a fan film as it was created by Universal Studios, but it’s a fantastic short film set in the Jurassic Park universe and shows a family’s encounter with some dinos following the events of Jurassic World.

Our Verdict
As it’s an official studio release it’s no surprise that Battle at Big Rock is a very polished experience with great acting and jaw dropping visual FX. It’s a fantastic little film that delivers everything you want from a Jurassic Park film in under 10 minutes – a touch of sentiment, a touch of peril and prehistoric behemoths causing untold carnage in the human world. What’s most interesting is how the world has changed since the events of Jurassic World – the dinosaurs are thriving and it looks like they’re here to stay. Maybe it’s the humans who are in danger of going extinct this time!
