Our Verdict
Fan films don’t get much better than this masterpiece by Nukazooka. Not only does LEGO: The Great Escape nail the visual style of the official LEGO movies, but the humor too, with lots of great jokes about how the little minifigures interact with the human world and some absolutely hilarious moments (like trying to get into the Hot Wheels car).  Mike and J deserve their own animated series as their LEGO based tomfoolery is a delight to see i action (sure, J is just a disembodied head now but they could make it work!)
