Our Verdict
A great little fan film that leans into its video game origins in some very creative ways. There’s plenty of slow motion, diving and dual wielding, all accompanied by Max’s gruff voice-over. It’s the scene where Max dies and the player reloads the game that’s the real master-stoke though!
