Our Verdict
Dragon Ball is pretty impenetrable to newcomers, but If you’re up to speed with your Dragon Ball lore then there’s some great narrative and fan service in this flick. The animation is superb, feeling very much like an official Dragon ball joint and when the combat kicks of things get suitably over the top and ridiculous.
