Our Verdict
Considering The Boogeyman is very much a one man production it’s incredibly well done. It’s a very tense and atmospheric experience that makes great use of lighting and audio design. Myers has rarely looked as menacing and there are lots of great shots of him (the one at the 01:50 mark is particularly chilling). Halloween fan film’s are pretty commonplace due to the fact that all you need is a boiler suit, but The Boogeyman is easily one of the best.
