Our Verdict
This fan film does a remarkable job of recreating all the aspects that made The Last of Us one of the greatest games of the PS3 era. Both lead actors look the part and the father/daughter-esque banter between them is just like in the game. It’s nice to spend some time with them as they explore and chat during the first half of the film (the note left by another survivor is a particularly nice touch) and when the threats appear there’s a nice blend of brutal action and horror. A full The Last of Us experience distilled down into a 13 minute movie. Be sure to watch Part 2 and Part 3 for more!

This is a perfect recreation of the game. Joel and Ellie are spot on, it's super brutal and the world looks just like it should. Amazing stuff.
